Edited content and custom images remain the property of Tim Trott Audio, Inc (WEBicity Design) unless or until all related charges have been paid in full. Requesting work to be done and/or stated acceptance or approval of the completed work constitues a contract for the work at the published rates.
Modification or removal of copyright notice is a violation of Federal Copyright law covered by the Digital Millinium Copyright Act (DCMA).
Questions regarding charges must be raised prior to the due date indicated or 30 days after issuing date. Services may be suspended for any balance that exceeds 35 days past due. If you have questions about your invoice charges or to request a current statement of your account, please call the billing department by phone or at the email address shown on the invoice.
